Tom Gallop
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Tom Gallop co-founded the DT Group with Daniel Markel in 1996. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry beginning in the New York market, Mr. Gallop’s broad range of expertise lies in property brokerage and sales, rehabilitation, maintenance and management and deal analysis. Mr. Gallop has been responsible for the management and direction of more than $100 million in real estate holdings, including 1700 apartment units and 50,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, within the DT Group portfolio. He holds his Series 22 and 63 securities licenses and is also Senior Vice President and shareholder of DT Securities, LTD, a licensed broker dealer.
Gallop earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his Masters Degree from New York University.
