Jim Markel oversees all aspects of acquisition and disposition analysis for The DT Group. With extensive experience in the commercial real estate arena, Jim provides strategic direction and oversees property purchases, income and expense evaluation, general management and property resale. During the past eight years, Jim has managed the purchasing, management and redevelopment of more than $200 million of investment real estate in the Los Angeles area. He was most recently a top ranking senior associate with Marcus and Millichap Investment Real Estate Brokerage Company on the West Coast. He earned his Bachelors Degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
